Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their profile.

Prohibited Activities

Any attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary rendering engines, exploit vulnerabilities in our 15th anniversary release candidates, or disrupt service availability for other users is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to suspend accounts immediately for violations of these community standards without prior notice.

All visual assets, code libraries, audio samples, and documentation provided by leesern.com remain the exclusive property of our studio. We are proud to be celebrating our 15th anniversary this year, a milestone built on years of proprietary technology development. Users retain ownership of original content created using our tools, but grant leesern.com a non-exclusive license to display such content for promotional purposes within the community hub.

3. Limitations of Liability & Disclaimers

leesern.com provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the uninterrupted availability of our servers, the accuracy of documentation, or the suitability of our tools for any specific commercial purpose. While we strive for perfection in our retro-futuristic rendering pipeline, technical bugs may occur during early access periods.

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, leesern.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of data, revenue, or creative work. Our total liability to any user for claims arising from these terms is strictly limited to the amount paid by the user for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Users acknowledge that the 15th anniversary celebration and associated promotional materials are subject to change without notice. Access to premium features requires valid authentication and compliance with all applicable export controls and sanctions regimes.
